Pipsqueak’s Play Barn is the brand new soft play in Bicester. It opened just a few weeks ago so everything is wonderfully shiny and new.
Purpose built and designed for up to the age of 8. I’d say it was best suited up to the age of 5. However my just turned 7 year old son made a friend when he arrived and was happy to play non stop for the whole session.
Under 2s
There’s a dedicated area for littles ones which is a good size and has soft play shapes. It was all very calm when we visited without any big kids jumping in.
3 Tier Soft Play Frame
The main soft play area is arranged over 3 levels. There are passages ways to crawl along and different routes up and down. The little two lane wavy slide is perfect for younger kids to race each other down.
There’s a little row of tables too with paper and colouring set out.
Food & Drinks
Food and drink options are definitely a step up on your standard soft play. They share a kitchen with the cafe next door so there’s some delicious cakes and cookies and a proper coffee machine. We indulged with some cheesy chips.
The staff were all super friendly and couldn’t do more to help (they didn’t know I was there reviewing the soft play so very genuine).
Where is Pipsqueak Soft Play
The soft play is located on Telford Road on the trading estate. I’m not so familiar with the area so ended up driving around getting lost until the kind owners talked me through the direction on the phone (I was on hands free).
If you spot Bloom Valley cafe then tucked around the side to the right of it, there’s a car park and entrance to the soft play.
