The wonderful forted playground at Finstock has long been a favourite with my kids. One of my best mates lives right next to the park and we never visit without a quick play there.
The Finstock playground has a super big wooden fort style climbing frame with turrets, passage ways, slides and more. Climb, balance, slide and monkey around.
It’s a great place for hide and seek or make believe games.
There’s also an area for younger kids with swings, smaller climbing for and slide.
The playground is surrounded by a fence so you don’t have to worry about any escapees and just outside is a lovely big field for kicking around a football and there’s a basket ball court too.
There’s no car park right at the play park so you’d need to park on the road and walk in. It’s tucked in behind the primary school. No toilets either so make sure you go before you visit!
