Family run Glebe Farm in Lower Brailes is not far from Banbury and their pick your own sunflower field is open for the 2023 season.

With a beautiful rural setting with St George’s Church as a backdrop, it’s a short walk through a grass field to a stunning sunflower patch.  The sunflowers are 6 feet high this year!

Tips for Visitors

• Bring your own secateurs – the stems are thick so scissors may struggle!
• Cash or card accepted
• Busy bees love sunflowers so please be cautious.
• Sunflower stems can be spiky – beware!
• Dogs on leads are allowed.
• Picnics welcome.

PYO Sunset Sunflower sessions will return this year (keep an eye on their social media for updates).  Visitors can sunset picnics sitting on straw bale’s enjoying the peace & tranquility.

Please bear in mind that this is a simple sunflower field on a working farm. Parking is in a grass field and the sunflower patch can get very muddy so suitable footwear is essential.

• A portaloo is in the parking field
• Refreshments : they have a coffee van which will be open when possible selling hot drinks, juice, cakes & locally made ice creams
